Our team is led by Idris, who brings over 20 years of experience working with real estate agencies in Canada. His in-depth knowledge of the market and client needs led him to expand into general contracting, offering a full-service approach from land acquisition to final construction.
He is joined by Bakr, a Ph.D. in Architecture and seasoned project manager who has overseen and built multiple residential and commercial buildings in the Montreal area. His academic background and on-site experience ensure that every project is thoughtfully designed and professionally executed.
Together, Idris and Bakr offer a powerful combination of real estate insight, construction expertise, and access to a network of trusted financial professionals—helping clients not only build but also fund their dream projects with confidence.
